This is for consultation and advice only. No assessments are undertaken for this package. 45-minute appointment (includes write up) Suitable for:

• Those with a pre-existing assessment and requiring some strategies / build upon existing strategies.

Review of sensory needs for EHCP assessments and applications. 1-2 max face to face appointments depending on need. Brief sensory assessment administration if required. Written recommendations based on sensory needs specifically for EHCP purposes ONLY.  

Structured observations at home and/or educational setting, including liaising with relevant parties where required. Standardised assessments that cover a range of different sensory integration challenges, i.e SPM-2, Sensory Profile 2, Interoception and structured clinical observations. Written report based on assessment data with recommendations/Feedback meeting with client and/ or care givers.

Setting therapy goals (3 max). 6 sessions of targeted interventions. Written summary of session afterwards. Written summary of intervention and continuation work. Follow up review 3 months post intervention.
